However, our Processing Center and Enrollment Department phone lines are available to assist you from Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You may also login to your account to check your status and results that can be viewed 24/7.

To all of our current clients, we are asking you to send all the correspondence either by regular mail to our office at: 8323 Southwest Freeway, Suite 708, Houston, TX 77074 or legible and complete reports by email to process@creditrecoverygroup.us.
We will continue to monitor the potential impact on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to keep our clients and employees safe and we will notify you once we start receiving walk-ins in our office, scheduling appointments for service enrollment, and process. If for any reason you decide to come to our office to drop off documents, we have a designated a drop off box for our customers to leave the results of the investigation from the credit agencies, collection agencies and creditors. Please allow our Processing Center Department to update these documents between 24 to 48 hours.
